Hi! My name is Nathan French, owner of HYBRD. I was born and raised in a small town near Hershey Pennsylvania growing up playing sports in highschool, and working along my family’s construction business while finishing a bachelors in college at West Chester University.

Over a decade of training later I taught myself how to build muscle and endurance as I just competed in the past few years ( 100 mile ultra ) (2:56 marathon) (sub 6 hour Ironman 70.3)(11:04 Full Ironman (Two bodybuilding shows First in Class). My only goal is to help anyone in need of changing their life or accomplishing something they never thought they could like I once thought. What does coaching cost?

$300 a month, billed month to month no long term commitments!

Refunds/Cancellations

1.    Month-to-Month Subscription
    •    Our training plans operate on a month-to-month basis, with billing occurring at the start of each cycle.
    2.    Cancellations
    •    You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the training plan for the upcoming month has been created will take effect the following billing cycle.
    •    To avoid being charged for the next month, you must request cancellation before your new training plan is developed.
    3.    Refunds
    •    No refunds will be issued once a training plan has been created for the month.
    •    If you cancel before your training plan has been developed, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of the service.

What kind of clients do you coach?

I coach lifestyle clients that want to get in the best shape of their lives. I will also coach half or full marathon preps, hybrid athletes, Ironman, and bodybuilding as well.

What separates you from other coaching?

I like to say my proof is in the pudding and I truly will do whatever it takes to get my clients to their goals. I don't believe in fast results. I build the mind and body over time which is sustainable and a coaching to client relationship!

Do you coach hybrid athletes?

I do! I also coach anyone who wants to meet any goal whether that be build muscle, get
shredded ,lose weight, increase speed, increase running capabilities, or all the above! I pride
myself as a hybrid athlete which means I have a lot of knowledge in many different fields and
would love to help anyone reach their goals!
